Pyongyang serves as a regional communications relay. There are reports about tanks near Pyongyang. It’s possible there are tank driving schools in both Pyongyang and Seoul. It’s interesting if the North Koreans seized any South Korean armored vehicles. There should be scrutiny over any military hardware exchanges between Berlin and Pyongyang. “Seoul fell to the North Koreans in less than a week.”
